Membership Cancellation Policy

We appreciate a year-long commitment for your membership. However, your membership is paid monthly and can be canceled at any time. Cancelling or updating your membership is easy and can be completed on the account page at Manage your Subscription. Follow these instructions: 

Go to your account and log in. Once on the page, you will see a blue navigation bar on the left side, click on the My Subscription option. You will see your current membership once you are on the new page. You can modify your membership or cancel from this page. Click the grey Cancel button if you would like to cancel. Your membership is now cancelled. You can choose to reactivate it at any time.

refund policy

Go Big Small Biz Network has a No Refund Policy. Payments for the monthly membership are made 100% in advance by the member. Furthermore, Go Big Small Biz Network does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions as such requests for cancellation are effective only after the end of the subscription plan.
